As a coach, my goal is to come alongside you to give support for your health journey. Everyone's journey is unique. While there can be some common themes, there is no one-size-fits-all for any particular problem. No two protocols look exactly the same. I approach health from a root-cause perspective, so rather than only searching for relief for the surface level symptoms, we are always digging deeper and asking why are those symptoms expressing in this way? Our bodies are always healing and trying to find balance. 

Working with me includes support via email (within reason and within business hours), a personalized protocol and approach for your unique needs, diet recommendations, lifestyle and product recommendations, and discounted supplements. 

$75 New Client Consult - In our first consult we will meet either in person or over Zoom to discuss your health history, intake form, symptoms, concerns and goals, review any testing, and begin a personalized protocol. 

$60 Follow up Consult - In any follow up consults, we will discuss any updates or changes in your health and the next phase in your personalized protocol.

Bioenergetic Testing 

Bioenergetic testing using the Qest4 machine is a non-invasive approach (which makes it great for kids!) to help give insight into your overall health and help empower you to make the positive changes that will be the most impactful. By using a hair and saliva sample (or fingernail clippings), we can scan your sample against a large library of energetic signatures to identify energetic imbalances.

For most people, I recommend beginning with a Comprehensive Scan which provides the fullest picture of energetic dysfunction in the body and insight into the following:

• Most stressed and weakened systems

• Food and environmental sensitivities

• Nutritional imbalances: Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, Fatty Acids

• Hormonal and Neurotransmitter imbalances

• Structural imbalances (dental, vertebral, or other structural signatures)

• Emotional factors

• Resonating toxins (Parasites, Molds, Heavy Metals, Bacteria, Viruses and more)

• Other factors (complementary therapies, homeopathic miasms or constitutional signatures, metabolic pathway imbalances, etc.)

Each report also includes a customized protocol with supplement options narrowed down by the scan results.

As a follow up to a comprehensive scan, we can do things like a targeted anatomy scan for any part of the body or a deeper emotion scan with balancing flower essences. Comprehensive Blood Work

These panels can be a great option for those who want to be proactive in staying on top of their health and identifying any red flags before it becomes a bigger problem. Below are the two most popular packages, but we can customize to your specific needs also. Also available are an Autoimmune and Infection markers panel and a Full Thyroid Panel. These panels are ordered through Evexia Diagnostics and clients go to a Labcorp to get their blood drawn. If there is not a Labcorp near you, additional fees may apply if we order through a different provider. Additional blood testing options also available to order through Vibrant Wellness.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) $150

This test uses a hair sample to identify mineral imbalances, mineral ratios and heavy metals. Tests are processed by Trace Elements Lab.
